Thank you to the people who have already complete the information on this form. If you have not yet done so please can you complete the form as soon as possible.
We wanted to let you know that we are currently unable to share many of the wonderful photos we’ve taken of the children during recent activities and events. This is due to a number of outstanding parental consent for photograph forms that have not yet been completed.
To ensure we are fully compliant with data protection and safeguarding policies, we can only share images of children for whom we have received explicit parental consent.
